Joint Line References & Resources

There are several very good references on the Joint Line, starting with books about the line or containing at least a separate chapter or photo section on it. In addition individual photos of Joint Line trains and scenes can be found in numerous other books not listed here covering the Santa Fe, Rio Grande, Colorado & Southern, Burlington Northern and Rock Island.

Also listed are magazine and journal articles, other print media, railroad documents that I have used, videos, web sites and blogs.
